Twin Towers, One Riverside Address

Odivelas Riverside Towers is an 18,500 sqm residential development comprising two 14-storey towers, underground parking for 220 vehicles, and shared landscaped grounds along the river frontage. Vanilla Thunder was engaged for full structural and finishing works, from foundation to handover.

The project site presented complex soil conditions adjacent to the riverbank, requiring specialized diaphragm wall foundation engineering and continuous groundwater monitoring throughout the sub-structure phase.

Scope of Work

• Deep foundation and two-level basement excavation
• Reinforced concrete superstructure, 14 storeys per tower
• Facade glazing, thermal insulation & acoustic treatments
• Landscaped public realm, riverside promenade & underground parking

Engineering Highlights

By employing aluminum modular shuttering systems and high-early-strength concrete mixes, our site team achieved a 6-day floor cycle per tower while upholding strict structural tolerances and zero lost-time safety incidents.
